Tactical Sekt would like to say thank you to all the fans who came to yesterday's performance at the COMA festival in Montréal. It was our first show in Canada and it was incredible, you made us feel so welcome and supported through the whole set! The mosh pit during 'Bring Me Violence' looked brilliant from the stage! We would like to thank the promoters from Kao Productions who let this fantastic event become reality. You can however find several of them, including a few from 'Syncope', in the blog section on the Tactical Sekt MySpace site. Signing up to this site is free, and we post bulletins whenever an update has been made.

For those of you going to the WGT in Leipzig, Germany this year:
Many of you have been asking for autographs from the band, and we are happy to announce that Tactical Sekt will have two signing sessions! These are unofficial signing sessions, so you won't find them in the program booklet. The sessions will take place on Monday, the day of the show, at the Kohlrabizirkus. There will be one from 15:30-16:30 and one from 20:00-21:00 h. Tactical Sekt will perform at 18:30 h.

Finally here it is: the release date for 'Syncope', and the pre-order information for the limited edition box!

The release date is the 28th of April!

There will be a limited edition in a cardboard box containing a bonus CD with 8 previously unreleased tracks, an exclusive sticker as well as a screensaver. Tactical Sekt will play their first Central American show in Mexico City on the 18th of March: the Inter Fest festival. Tactical Sekt will headline the Saturday. More good news: we have just received the confirmation for the date and venue of the Wave Gotik Treffen! Tactical Sekt will perform on Monday the 5th of June, at the new venue Kohlrabizirkus, together with Violent Entity, God Module, Feindflug, And One and more!

Last night in Bielefeld (Germany) at the Ringlokschuppen, we did a test listen to the newly mastered version of 'Syncope'! We are happy to report that we are very pleased with the mastering done by Koltron Studios! By the way Koltron also mastered the 'Burn Process' EP. So by tonight I can be pleased to announce that the CD will go to be pressed. This will take some time but release is now certain! There will also be a limited edition cd with a bonus disc amongst other things. So if you are a diehard TS fanatic and interested in the limited cd, please keep in touch for pre order information as this will be strictly limited never to be released again.

Hello all!

Sorry about the lack of updates over the past months. Getting this new album done has been hard work. But it is now all done and is being mastered as we speak. I am very happy with the final result. The final name is 'SYNCOPE'. There are 12 new tracks including a new version of 'Awaken the Ghost'!!! No news about the final release date yet but I expect that it will be early November.

TACTICAL SEKT GOES TO NORTH AMERICA!

To all Tactical Sekt supporters on the West Coast of the US, after years of European exclusivity, we are coming to California in October for an exclusive one off show in Los Angeles! The show date looks to be the 23rd of October. Information about the venue and times are still to come. We are really looking forward to it.

Just on a quick personal note. Today the 11th of September is a significant day in my life. This date represents the best day of my life and one of the worst. September 11th 1999 is the day I got married to my beautiful wife Dana. This year on the first of January we had our daughter Hana. So I would like to thank my wife for all the blessings in my life.
On the afternoon of our second wedding anniversary, the attacks on America took place. I remember this day as clearly as my wedding day. I would like to thank the heroes of New York City and Washington DC for the unimaginable sacrifice they made all in the name of helping their fellow man. God bless the FDNY, NYPD, and every innocent soul lost that dark day.

God bless those lost and suffering in the US South after hurricane Katrina.

Greetings from the trenches!

First, I would like to apologize to everyone for the lack of updates on the website. It has been very busy to say the least. I will start with an overview of the past few months.

Tactical Sekt has just completed a successful series of shows in the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and the UK. At each show we presented new material that seemed to be received very well. This was a trial run for some of the new material for the upcoming release (more on that in a second). The crowds attending all events have been very supportive and I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you.

Also very special thanks to all my friends: Tom and Carsten ([SITD]), Jos and Anita (Grendel), Felix (Feindflug) and Claudia, Kay (Supreme Court), Gerald and Katja (Black Rain), Andy (Combichrist), Johan and Tanja (Suicide Commando), Torben (LOE), Gordon and Alex (Hana loves the toy), Dennis and company from Solitary Experiments, DJ Cyberchrist (my UK EBM ambassador), Kees (DJ X-X-X) and Cyberaxis. Each and everyone of you made the past months great!

To everyone who keeps asking for a Hana update: She is now 4 months and 5 days old and weighs just over 14 lbs. She is laughing out loud and smiles all the time. I will post a picture on the site in the coming days. Thanks to everyone who bought gifts for her. It was very unexpected and is really heartwarming.

Right.... The new album will be called 'Syncope' and is about 80% complete. I know it's taken a while, but I want it to be right. I will update you further soon. Some of the new songs including 'Beslan', and the title track 'Syncope' have gone over a storm with crowds going nuts which really urges me forward!

The NoiTekk compilation 'United Vol 1' is out now. 'Bring me Violence' the new Tactical Sekt track has been getting a lot of club play and positive feedback.
Thanks to all who have commented and supported NoiTekk by purchasing the compilation.

'Endzeit Bunkertracks' has also been released. The Tactical Sekt track 'Awaken the Ghost' is a demo version and is unfinished. We are yet to make a decision on whether to release a finished version of this song. If you have any thoughts please feel free to contact us.

I am trying to find out what kind of interest there is in the US for Tactical Sekt to do a tour. Please, if you are interested please sign the guestbook and say which city / state you are in and if you would like us to come.

There has been some interest from Mexico as well so stay tuned for some possible live dates in Mexico.

To sum up, things are rolling again. The shock of fatherhood has subsided into some sort of modicum of normality and I am once again making music. Your patience and support has been very much appreciated and hopefully this new album will be a fitting tribute to all the fans.

Hello All!

Dana and I would like to announce the birth of our new baby girl, Hana Danyelle Mather. She was born at 19:40 on New Years Day. She is 2.990 kg or 6.9 lbs. Both mother and baby are happy and healthy. We would like to thank all our friends for their love and support.

Happy New Year! Marco, Jay and Anthony would like to wish everyone a Happy and Successful New Year. It has already been busy for me. 2005 will bring lots of excitement including a brand new full length Tactical Sekt album and lots of live shows. We'll see you on the road!

Last night the world lost a great musical talent. A man I had the privilege of meeting. At a Damage Plan concert in Ohio, a man jumped up on stage and opened fire on the band and then turned on the crowd. Four were killed including one of my musical heroes Dimebag Darrell. I am so shocked and sad about this horrid event. I will not go into a long drawn out monologue about this event. I will just say the following to Darrell!

"My brother and I have spent countless hours listening to your music. We have been to your shows. We have met you and shook your hand. We played your songs the best we could and were filled with admiration as you danced around the stage, going crazy, playing like only you could, always smiling at the fans you really loved. Sorry that someone took it all from you as you were giving yourself to us."

"My brother and I will always love you! Our love, prayers and tears go to your brother and family."

Hello everyone!

First, thanks to everyone who has taken the time and effort to sign the guestbook. It is a really good tool for keeping in touch with you and you with us. Sometimes you with each other, so for those who haven't signed........ please do so.

Tactical Sekt are home from 2 great shows! London UK at the infamous Carling Islington Academy for the Black Celebration. Due to CombiChrist having to pull out, Tactical Sekt moved up to co-headliner for the Saturday night. The crowd was absolutely crazy! Thanks to everyone who supported us! Our first show in the UK is one we won't forget!

Next we travelled to the seaside town of Vlissingen in the Netherlands to play the Terra Gotha Festival. The venue was 40c+ inside but the Dutch crowd went ballistic from beginning to end. Thanks to Wim, Synthetic and Gothminister but most of all to the army of supporters who made it another successful show!

Well the 2004 live shows have come to an end and its time to settle down to finishing the new album! I would like to thank everyone for making this such a great year for Tactical Sekt. To the thousands we have had the privilege of playing in front of this year, you are the reason we are!

Right now for some very major news! Beam has been drumming for Tactical Sekt since the beginning. He has played every concert bar one. However, Beam is leaving Tactical Sekt to concentrate on other projects. I would like to say thanks to Beam for being an important part of Tactical Sekt and more importantly for being a great friend. Beam always has a home with Tactical Sekt and we wish him luck with his new endeavours.

Now on to related news! Tactical Sekt has a new live drummer. Jay Taylor played his first show with Tactical Sekt at Black Celebration Festival in London! Though Beam's shoes will be hard to fill, Jay is an accomplished musician and great on stage! So welcome on board Jay! Photos will be up soon!

Dear all,

Tactical Sekt is proud to have teamed up with The International Dark-Sky Association (IDA). IDA's goal is to preserve and protect the nighttime environment and our heritage of dark skies through quality outdoor lighting.

Let me explain why I believe this is so important to me.

Some of my fondest memories are spending time with my late father peering into a telescope and exploring the heavens. My interest in what lies beyond our skies and even our solar system has continued to this day. However, opportunities to enjoy the wonders of Astronomy are becoming literally few and far between.

As many of you know, Tactical Sekt have always been concerned with the environment. I have spent much time pondering the disappearance and destruction of all kinds of environments. However, many environmentalists fail to look upwards in their pursuit of a cleaner and safer planet. If the heavens disappear before our eyes then we are blind to past and future.

We have tried to promote thought and education through our lyrics and in the press. I have had no formal education in, but am a devoted fan of Particle and Astro-Physics and as a result, Astronomy. Much of my time is spent pondering our universe. I fear that the continued use of unfit and wasteful lighting is hampering mankind's pursuit of knowledge. Not to mention, increasing threats to our planet by wasting precious energy.

I think that it is beneficial for all to have the opportunity to look upwards into the darkness in order to see light.

If you are interested in astronomy or the environment I urge you to find out why it is so important to keep us in the dark.

Firstly, I would like to pay tribute to a man that has changed the world. Christopher Reeve inspired a generation of film fans by playing Superman. This superhero stood up for good values, doing the right thing and teaching us that the human race is worth fighting for. Millions of us, we children of the 80's, donned towels as make shift capes and flew around our neighbourhood fighting evil between school and bedtime. Emulating the good deeds of a breed of hero that has long since been banished into the bowels of bad fashion by the media.

But how the real life achievements of this great man, eclipsed his great celluloid deeds. When catastrophe struck Christopher Reeve, he showed his greatness and metal, by not allowing this adversity to define him. Year after year he campaigned relentlessly for the rights of the disabled and championed the cause of research into spinal injuries.

In front of the world he bore his soul and showed his greatness by once again, intelligently using the media to promote good. In great discomfort much of the time he never lost that Superhero smile. He volunteered to be the subject of experiment and new radical procedures and in doing so gave a new hope to everyone. His courage inspired everyone to take up hope as a motto, to find and then cherish the good in our lives. No matter how bad things got, the more determined this great man became.

I sit here with a tear in my eye. A tear not of despair but of wonder that man can still be so inspiring. So great. So heroic. Christopher Reeve never once let his disability become his kryptonite. On the contrary, his grace and class, his strength and hope, his love for life, learning and teaching, his honesty, and over all his faith that all good things will come has truly become that yellow sun from which all mankind can draw great power.

I ask, what makes a Superhero? His deeds, his strength, his sense of purpose, a defined mission of righteousness, and the courage to continue when the dark clouds gather and all troubles conspire against you.

Christopher was all these things and so much more. The world has lost a true Superhero.

Chris, you're really flying now. God speed.

Tactical Sekt have just returned from a fantastic show in Antwerp, Belgium at the Vampire Festival. Despite the various technical problems that were beyond our control, the show was a lot of fun. Thanks to the audience for sticking with us and dancing like crazy. Special thanks to Johan and Tanja (Suicide Commando), and Torben (Lights of Euphoria) for making it another great time. Greetings to Stin Scatzor, Fabien (Darkest Hour), Gordon (for dancing like a man possessed), and David (Vampire Party).

So now onto the future. On the 23 Oct 2004 Tactical Sekt will come home for the first time. We are very excited to be playing at the Black Celebration Festival, London at the Islington Academy. After years of continental exclusivity, it is way past due. We will be playing old favourites and new material.

We would appreciate any insights as to what people want to hear so be sure to e-mail us if you have any requests.

After London we move on to our adopted 2nd home The Netherlands on the 30th of October. Tactical Sekt will perform in beautiful Vlissingen at the infamous Terra Gotha Festival. It is always a huge pleasure to perform in The Netherlands and we are very much looking forward to it.

After this we will be taking a little time off to continue working to the new album.

However to our American friends, we are working on the details of a possible North American Tour. Stay tuned for some further details coming soon.

This will be a full length album and we are planning a special limited edition with lots of Tactical Sekt exclusives. Things in Tactical Sekt circles are starting to heat up for the summer. New remixes are in the works for 2 of my favourite bands. I am currently working on a remix for Spanish EBM giant Dioxyde. The new track is a pounding mid tempo terror dance track that I am honoured to be able to remix. The track should be complete within the next week or so. A note to Marco from Dioxyde..... you are in my thoughts and prayers right now.
I have completed a remix for the mighty German unit Feindflug! The track is my favourite 'Totungsmachine Mensch' and is called the 'Dead Man Dancing' Remix. Dance floors prepare for a pounding! I am unsure the release details on this track. For news please visit www.feindflug.info.

TACTICAL SEKT COMING TO THE UK !!!!

Good news for the UK! After a few years of playing Germany and the Netherlands only, TS are bringing the aggression home to the UK. Tactical Sekt will be performing at the famous Black Celebration Festival at the Astoria in London's West End! Alongside EBM legends Funker Vogt and Combichrist, Tactical Sekt will be playing a crushing set of dancefloor killers! Prepare to get aggressive!

Tactical Sekt will be performing Sunday the 21st of August at the Hellraiser Festival in Leipzig! That's right folks! The new EP 'Burn Process' is at the top spot in the new Dutch Underground Charts! Beam and I would like to thank all the Fans, DJ's and promoters for their massive support. Right, more business. Tactical Sekt have just finished a remix for the great German band Agonoize! The Tactical Sekt Remix of 'Open the Gate' should be slamming dance floors around the world in the very near future! Be sure to check out their fantastic current single 'Paranoid Destruction'.

Also Tactical Sekt's Remix for North America's Neikka RPM will be available on the limited edition of their new release on the Alfa-Matrix label.

There are quite a few live shows in the planning at the moment including venues in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Not to mention the massive WGT Festival in Leipzig, Germany! There is also a possible show in Russia but that is still to be confirmed! All will be revealed in good time.

The new Tactical Sekt album is now under construction. Be prepared for Dancefloor Mayhem and BPM Destruction! There is no fixed release date yet but be expecting the last quarter of 2004!

At the moment, there are no new live dates to speak of. After such a great tour this year in Germany with our friends Suicide Commando, I am trying to push for a US Tour for the middle to late part of this year.

Tactical Sekt is working on a Remix for the fantastically harsh band Agonoize! That should be ready in the next few weeks.

Also the Neikka RPM Tactical Sekt Remix of 'I Am Your Girl' is complete and will be sent back this week.

Yes, I know, I'm sorry for leaving this update for so long. Things have been moving so fast that I can't seem to keep up. Where do I start.

The 'Axis of Evil' Tour with Suicide Commando and Interlace was a fantastic success. I would like to thank everyone who was there for the warm reception and enthusiasm. I would like to say special thanks to Felix (Feindflug) and Claudia, Banane (Feindflug), Kay (DanaNtage), Gerald (Black Rain), Axel (of Evil), Dominic, Albert at Pluswelt Promotions, Lights of Euphoria, SITD, Solitary Experiments, C-Drone Defect, Dependent, Raul (Noisex), The Retrosic, DJ Karnage and everyone else who came to support us. Big thanks to my friends Johan van Roy, Marco Calva Mesa, Torben Schmidt and Tanja Richter for memories that will last a lifetime. Also big thanks to my brothers Beam and Marco Gruhn for your hard work and solid performances. Also to the Interlace crew, it was a great experience meeting you! I hope we see you all soon. To all those at the Berlin show, thanks for putting up with the power outage and having fun with us while it got sorted out. That is one thing I will never forget. Applause!!!!!! To those at PC69 (Rest in Peace), you are all gods and I was honoured to play the final night. Thanks to the crazy crowd in Munich ! You guys were amazing! Hey Raul, hurry up and come and visit! That was a fantastic night and I appreciate everyone who came out!

Well, 'Burn Process' is out now and doing very well. We have been getting great reviews and we are climbing the charts in several countries. Thanks to everyone who bought the cd during the tour. Special thanks to the remixers, Daniel Myer (Haujobb), [:SITD;], Reality, Solitary Experiments and Rexx Arkana (Bruderschaft). Also thanks to Dave & Meredith for the killer artwork and Kolya for mastering.

I know what you're thinking, stop thanking everyone and get on with the update. So I will. Tactical Sekt has been busy working on remixes for others. In the last 6 months I have completed remixes for NoiTekk brethren Grendel's new album Prescription: Medicide. The song Pax Psychosis to be precise. I have also done a remix for Florida's God Module! Alpha Matrix recording artists Neikka RPM, and the ever evil Psyclon Nine. I'm sure there was one more but I can't remember what it was. I am a sad bastard. I will be working on a new Dioxyde remix in the coming days. Stay tuned, Dioxyde's new material is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There have been quite a few compilation releases featuring Tactical Sekt including Zillo Club Hits 8 and Dark Awakenings. I know there are a few more so I will try and compile an accurate list and post it along with the lyrics to all TS songs A.S.A.P.

I have started work on the new studio album. There is no release date yet but don't expect anything until mid to late 2004. However to wet your appetites, I will be releasing a download only song by the end of January 2004. I will also be posting some strange classical instrumental pieces on the site very soon. So you can all listen and say what the fuck is wrong with him.

Other than that, things will be quiet on the Tactical Sekt front for the first few months of 2004 because of commitments with Aslan Faction. AF will be playing in Greece and the west coast of the US. So come support us!

To all those who have written to me over the last months, I have written most of you back but there are a few I still have to get to. I will write you I promise. But for now, to all my friends, family, and all those who support me Merry Christmas and I wish you all the very best success for 2004. Have a great holiday season. Don't worry, I will post a new update in the next couple of days. No more 6 month breaks.

Sorry about the lack of news. I have been so busy working on the new EP that keeping the site up to date has taken a back seat. Well... enough excuses from me, heres what we've been up to. The new EP 'Burn Process' is complete. There will be 7 brand new songs and remixes by Haujobb, [:SITD:], Solitary Experiments, Reality and DJ Rexx Arkana (Brudershaft). The total running time will be over 70 minutes!!!!!!!!! How's that for an EP! Talented US artist Dave Meredith has done a great job on the artwork and produced a package that is truly unique! Tactical Sekt has also done remixes for our good friends Psyclon Nine (Divine Infekt) and Grendel (Pax Psychosis). There will be a Tactical Sekt interview in the upcoming Orkus Magazine so for all our German friends be sure to pick it up. Merchandise!!!!!!!!!! You have been asking for it, so it shall be provided! The new TS merchandise will be ready in October just in time for the 'Axis of Evil' Tour! There will be hooded jackets, t-shirts and girly shirts available! As you know, the tour is coming up and I would just like to say a special thanks to all at PC69 in Bielefeld, Germany! The DJ's and clubbers have been a huge support to us and we are so looking forward to playing there on the first show of the tour! PC69!!!!!!! I love you all! Greetings all! Yes, you have probably noticed that we have added a ton of updates at the same time. This is because life has taken me by the neck and physically separated me from my pc. We have had no time to update the site even though I have written the updates. I apologize for the lack of information.

The new EP 'Burn Process' is starting to really take shape now. All the music is finished and now I must just finish the vocals and reel in the remixes. I will announce the remixers soon and let me tell you that there are some great artists hard at work on a number of songs.

The Suicide Commando Tour is 'GO' and we will be putting together a high power set that will be full throttle from beginning to end. We will update you as soon as more news is available. Also, one of our updates just posted will have all the dates of the tour. See you there.

Greetings all! Well, I know all has been quiet for a while but that does not mean that nothing is going on. On the contrary, things are happening and happening fast. Firstly, work on the new EP is going well. I am currently putting together remix kits for various bands. Stay tuned for a list of remix artists soon.

Live news, Tactical Sekt will be performing in the Netherlands on the 14th of June with Clan of Xymox. This will be a great show and we are looking forward to it. It will be a mixed bag of musical styles. We are big fans of Clan of Xymox and it is a great honour to be working with them. So prepare for rabid aggression Tactical Sekt style! We will be playing new material from the upcoming EP!

We will announce tour news soon. Keep in touch, this will be a huge announcement! Playing with a big band in big venues = huge fun for all!

We are currently working with well known video artist/producer Francis T. from Canada. We will be combining his wicked visuals with our club killer 'Damage Limitation'. We are really looking forward to showing you the finished product! Good luck and thanks to Francis T.!

I know what you're all going to say... "Where the hell have I been?" I know and I'm sorry for the lack of updates in the past month. April turned out to be one of those months that makes you want to kiss the sharp end of a very fast train. But we made it through, albeit walking seriously bow legged.

Where do I start. Firstly, I must apologise to all those that have written me over the past several weeks. I always write back to everyone and I haven't had a chance to respond to everything this month. It will improve and I will respond I promise so don't put out that contract on me yet.

Big news this month:

To all Suicide Commando fans in our ranks..... The new EP 'Face of Death' is almost here and guess what! That's right... there will be a Tactical Sekt remix. Once again Mr. Hellraiser himself and (umm...uhh...) that English guy (...sorry I couldn't think of anything that sounded cool....) team up to bring you musical pain and suffering! So go and buy it goddamnit!

Also.... Tactical Sekt have done a remix for the awesome (Californian vernacular for all those who didn't know) Northern California electro act Psyclon Nine... a great new NoiTekk signing. The song is called 'Divine Infekt' and will be released on their upcoming debut album of the same name.

Big news.....well.... It is official, a NEW Tactical Sekt EP to be released in October. As of yet there is no name for the EP yet but expect unbridled sonic lunacy as normal. Expect some great remixes. I hope someone will remix for me.

No live news to tell you as of yet, although.... to my friends in the US stand by for an upcoming newsflash soon.

Right.... now a request from me to all those who saw us at GothAM. If you got any pictures of Tactical Sekt either live or us goofing around can you send us a copy by e-mail to the website. We are starving for things to say and show you. So since I am such an uncreative, lazy, unoriginal bastard... I will let you guys do all the work and take ALL the credit for it :-) Just kidding. We just found it extremely difficult to take pictures of ourselves while on stage. It boils directly down to the fact that despite popular opinion.... I am not omnipresent.

We just arrived home after the GothAM Festival. What a perfect night! The crowd was fantastic. The festival was great! Beam and I were blown away by the support we received from everyone! First, I must thank Johan van Roy aka Suicide Commando for his mind blowing guest appearance on stage, doing our rendition of 'Damage Limitation'. It was a fantastic night and being able to perform with Johan on stage was absolutely unforgettable! Thank you!

We would like to say thank you to Felix (Feindflug), Kay (Davantage), Tanja (Suicide Commando), VLRK & FLRS (Grendel), Marco & Saskia (NoiTekk), Gerald & Katja (Black Rain), Michael Manz, all whom woke up at 2:00 in the morning to drive to Amsterdam to support us, you are the best! Marcel (GothAM), DJ Sacha Ligthert, God Module, Lexie, all of whom were great fun! Thanks to all of the people that supported us, hung out with us and tolerated us! We can't wait to see you again!

2 and a half days and counting to GothAM in Amsterdam. Are we excited? Yes! Are we nervous??? Looks like our live surprise is no longer a surprise so check the GothAM site for info about that. All I can say is let the 'Bodycount Proceed'!

We will also be playing the game "Guess what Beam has up his sleeve?" You'll see what I mean!

The album 'Geneticide' has entered the Side-Line charts at number 10! Wow! Many thanks to everyone for supporting us. We will be checking the net every 5 minutes to see what it does and where it goes!

Still no confirmed news on future live dates but the prospects of Tactical Sekt touring as support for an Electro Giant are looking better and better.

Also, Tactical Sekt will be working hard over the next months to confirm some US Shows. Meanwhile, I (Anthony) will be in New York March 22nd for a show with Aslan Faction and Grendel at QXT's. There may be a musical surprise in store for the Tactical fans! Stay tuned! Thanks again to all our North American friends for their constant dedication and support! We will see you soon. We are hoping to put a couple of TS West Coast shows in sometime later in the year but this is all in the planning.

Hello again!

Well after quite a few months without an update, I have decided to get off my lazy ass and tell you some of the things that are going on with us.

First, we have our first live appearance at the Gotham Festival in Amsterdam, NL on the 15th of March. The venue is the excellent Paradiso. So fun will be had by all.

Second, 'Geneticide' is in the shops! Although I still haven't gotten my copies yet! Thank you to all the DJ's and fans that have written me with their positive comments. The support for this project has been overwhelming.

Third, I am already working on new material. Stay tuned for some new songs to raise their ugly heads soon.

Fourth, I am working on some remixes for various bands at the moment. Stay tuned for more news on those!

Fifth, PC69 in Bielefeld Germany will be holding an album release party for 'Geneticide' on the 28th of March. Also Daniel from Haujobb will guest DJ. You can also meet Marco Gruhn from NoiTekk who will have Tactical Sekt and NoiTekk merchandise and maybe some free give-away's!

The album 'GENETICIDE' is complete!!! It has now gone to be mastered and we should have some sort of idea regarding the final product and release dates in about a week and a half.

Now for some really great news. Beam of Feindflug fame has joined Tactical Sekt. He will be the live drummer and also contribute material. He is excited about the future as we can officially say that Tactical Sekt will be playing live shows this year.

Welcome to Tactical Sekt! We finally got the website up and running (at least partially).

First some history! Tactical Sekt is the side-project of Anthony Mather of Aslan Faction. Work on the album has taken the better part of 9 months. Between touring with Aslan Faction and other obligations I am surprised I have not been committed to the mental asylum! But the album called 'Geneticide' is nearing completion and will be released on NoiTekk in November. One big surprise! Tanja Richter of X-press-6 will be lending her artistic talents and will be doing the artwork for the album. Also expect a joint musical venture with none other than Mr. Sonic Terror himself Johan van Roy!!!!!!

The near future! I have no immediate plans for any live performances because of commitments with Aslan Faction. But keep checking the live section! However we are discussing an album release party. Expect more info on that in the coming weeks.

I would just like to thank my friend and Aslan Faction co-founder Lee Lauer for his many hours of help with the website and other noise making activities!
